The need:
Cloud services are expensive. Without them there was no way to easily edit photos on the go without storing photos locally on my laptop. No way to access photo library on my phone without syncing them from my laptop. At the time, my Home Assistant virtual machine was handling services it didn't need to, getting cluttered and disorganized.
The solution:
Proxmox.
Proxmox dashboard with all 3 nodes
List of Services
Home Assistant - Smart Home Control Centre
Wireguard - Private VPN so I can have local access anywhere in the world
Crafty Controller - Game Server for Minecraft
TrueNas Scale - Network Storage hosting a RAID Z2 Pool ~8TB of Storage
Immich - Database for all photos from all devices
NGINX Proxy Manager - Allows external access and gives all services pretty URLs
Adguard - Whole Home DNS server, running on 2 nodes
Uptime Kuma - Uptime Analytics and Alerts
My Speed - Internet Speed Analytics
Cloudflare DDNS - Service to update local IP with Cloudflare
With proxmox, I could host all of my services virtually, with backups of everything and high availability.
